Hi All, I am looking for companies that provide correct name pronunciations. One of the biggest complaints in call centers is that Reps cannot say customers name correctly, especially now where we live in such an international community. It is very difficult problem to crack since each language and each family have their own ways of spelling and saying their name. Does anyone know of a company that does this? thanks, kevin
